The concept of happiness and its reality.

Many people disagree on the definition of happiness. Some of them see the happiness in money and thinks he can buy happiness with money and some of them see the happiness in the position or fame or rest or etc...

Therefore, we find that the definition of happiness varies from person to person and from one society to another, so on today's post I want to share with you ten of the most wonderful definitions of happiness I have found through my life.

1. Happiness is a state of wellness and conviction and experience that we are experiencing and we are satisfied or pleasure.

2. Happiness is a state of awareness, which comes from the value, Whenever a person was able to achieve anything of value was the happiest people.

3. Happiness is when what you think, what you say and what you do are in harmony. A brilliant quote by Mahatma Gandhi that certainly speaks volumes about why many people are not happy.

4. Happiness is a perfume you cannot pour on others without getting a few drops on yourself. This definition of happiness was given by Ralph Waldo Emerson and it holds an important clue to one of the most important characteristics of happiness.

5. Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions. This definition of happiness was given by Dalai Lama.

6. Chares Spurgeon said about happiness “It is not how much we have, but how much we enjoy, that makes happiness”.

7. I am determined to be cheerful and happy in whatever situation I may find my self. ForI have learned that the greater part of our misery or unhappiness is determined not by our circumstance but by our disposition. This definition of happiness by Martha Washington is perhaps the most complete guide to happiness.

8. Be happy for this moment. This moment is your life. I found this beautiful quote by Omar Khayyam a few years ago. It talks about how to live your life moment by moment, and leave the future to come.

9. To be without some of the things you want is an indispensable part of happiness. This definition

Of happiness was said by Bertrand Russell and certainly a lot of truth. Happiness seems to depend – on a great degree – on dreams. Having goals, dreams and things you want to do is an undeniably important part of happiness.

10. Happiness is not a reward- it is a consequence. Suffering is not a punishment- it is a result....

This definition of happiness was said by Robert Green Ingersoll. This quote reminds us all of our options provide very valuable information, and that our life experience, whether positive or negative, happiness or suffering, it is best interpreted as a reflection or a result of these choices and decisions.

On one level, this may seem obvious, but I'm sure most of us can remember when we were told that our happiness, or lack of, was actually a measure of the good we were, or if they did what said, well educated, do not hurt, etc, then our reward would be happiness.

Finally, we find that there are many definitions of happiness and everyone is still looking for it, but it remains one definition of happiness does not differ by one, and that is the happiness in the face of all those who work sincerely.
